You do know he was scheduled to come here AFTER his visit with the 49ers, yeah? Hard to drop the ball when free agency started yesterday and we hadn't actually gotten a chance to talk to him, much less sign him.

Anyway, the guy is clearly a piece of shit and I hope he contracts AIDS.

We’re clearly more invested in trying to sign Darby who has injury concerns but is nowhere near the brokedick that Verrett is.

That’s irrelevant. Signing Darby, a guy that isn’t an absolute prayer and a very good corner, is priority #1.

They obviously had contact with his agent before, and DURING his visit with the 49ers...
