if I were a player, I'd definitely go to a place that used this scheme. It would be right up my alley.

John Dorsey had FOUR picks in the top 34 picks. Here’s the return:

Baker Mayfield LMAO
Denzel Ward
Austin Corbett-traded
A RB

Imagine if Veach did this. This makes the Frank Clark trade look generous

Dayze 10-15-2019 02:48 PM

probably got sick of him freelancing on the field and not tackling just like the Chiefs did.

T-post Tom 10-15-2019 02:49 PM

Chiefs got a 2nd and 4th. Guess Veach isn't a total idiot after all? :hmmm:

I watched Peters in that SF-Rams game. He is god awful in run support. He refuses to tackle anything but a wide receiver. No way he'll help bring down a Tight End or running back. He's making business decisions on every play. That BS is not gonna play well with Baltimore, who prides itself on aggressive defense and a hard hitting secondary.

Hope you like Baltimore, you burning grease-fire of a "human"

Not-so-thinly-veiled racism. Dehumanization. Nice.

This forum ****ing blows. As does the midwest. Bunch of ****s around here.

In other words, Peters was a Cancer in the Locker Room. He was probably talking a lot of shit about Goff and what not.

who's reeruned now?

Sassy Squatch 10-15-2019 02:50 PM

Also, conspiracy theory, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Peters had another outburst. The timing/compensation of this trade makes no sense unless the Rams wanted him gone NOW.

I remember the sinister undertones w/ the Maclin release.

"He must have a DV arrest on the way...."

And as it turns out they just didn't want to pay the guy when they had this Hill fella they thought might be pretty good if they gave him a shot at the Z position.

Sometimes you just wanna see someone else play. It is odd, though - Marcus Peters has been pretty good this year. Not quite elite, but probably a top 20ish guy.

But they pretty clearly knew they weren't bringing him back next year so they decided to salvage the asset.

Hoover 10-15-2019 02:50 PM

We should have traded the Rams Hitchens for Peters!

gblowfish 10-15-2019 02:51 PM

Breeland is Orlando Scandrick Ver 2.0.

No it doesn't ROFL. Did they also cost 100million?
