They'll have a better idea for a timeline on him at that point. If it's a Grade 1 strain he'll be fine in a week and ready for Raiders in 2 weeks.
Just hoping no muscle tears or Grade 2 or 3 and then he won't play for 3-4 weeks at the earliest. |
Day to day?

I think they realized the field was aids as well which helped make the choice to sit him for the rest of the game quite easy.

Between the injuries, the Raiders improvement and that abortion of a game in Nashville, our "down the road" cushion is pretty much gone. |
The Raiders, while not contenders just yet, aren’t to be taken lightly.
They’re a physical team that will want to beat us by being the bully. But when we have all of our speed of the field, that’s very hard for them to do. |
Thought he looked OK to me on the sideline. I'm hoping we just held him out because the field was shit. Which is good thinking even if he was cleared to go.

But let’s not kid ourselves here, this game on December 1st matters a great deal. We HAVE to have it. If Hill can play (even at less than 100%) then we need him out there. |
If Oakland nails another draft like they did this year we're in for a fight. Next year they're going to be better either way.
