Oops...Tyreek......gotta love posting on mobile. |
Last night's play calling was pretty shitty IMHO. Seemed to be the same 4-5 motions on every play and highly predictable.
I saw little to no quick slants, no jet sweeps, no screens. Did I miss something? :hmmm: |

Early odds line has Chiefs (-7.5)

Tua isn't really a QB so we should make him throw. The defense doesn't have to play well here but Miami is pretty trash running the ball too.
I do think it will be close (within 7) but I don't see their offense being able to score late, similar to the Donkeys, to be able to win this game. |
Do the Chiefs still run that package where KPass kicks inside on 3rd and long? Last year that seemed to be effective on obvious passing downs.

The window dressing and ‘cute’ stuff doesn’t always work but I think it does give them the best chance to score in those situations. |

Just to be clear, here. The Chiefs averaged over 6 ypc last night. Our RBs averaged over 4.5 ypc against a stout defense.
I know Chief Fan expects every player to be perfect or the best at their position, but those numbers are fine for the run game. |

More so what I was trying to say is they keep finding ways to win which is great, but it’s rarely ever as expected, nor as easy as is expected. Win is a win, I got it. The offense has been great really outside of the two Denver games where they just killed us in terms of situation football. Special teams have been hit or miss. The defense has been pretty good IMHO but it’s clear that there’s more meat on the bone, and the pass rush output we have saw for the past month is not the same level we saw early in the year. |
Why would anybody expect it to be "easy"?
It's the NFL and it's built for parity above all else. Expecting games to be easy is just a bad expectation. |
