Man. Sucks for the person who died and their family. I'm a bit shocked it was Ruggs, kid seemed like he had his head screwed on right, AND he had a friend who died in a car wreck from DUI. Ruggs talked about how that friends death effected him and how each TD he gave a salute to that friend.

If true, Ruggs is done.

Don't drive impaired people. Jesus.
