Zayne earns himself a spot in the Chiefs Special Teams Hall of Shame with Lin and the kickoff “specialist” who kicked multiple kicks out of bounds vs the Raiders in DT’s final game as a Chief.

He is either getting tagged or signing a long term contract. Quit dreaming about what you want to do with an extra 15 million in cap space because its not happening.

Um, no. They effectively traded a second round pick to get a one year rental for a very serviceable LT (with a second year option to tag) once things were getting somewhat desperate for a LT.

Even if they don't tag him, this is hardly one of the worst deals in Chiefs history let alone NFL history.

What options did KC have that were better than a one year rental at that point in time?

Although obviously they were hoping it would be a long term solution.

Thuney looked as good as Brown Sunday. I'm not sure that keeping Thuney at LT, adding a guard, wouldn't be a better move.

We should have a rule that when anybody posts something fearful about the salary cap, they should have to post a picture of products in the house showing whether or not they purchase any brand name shit or go 100% generic.

Brown has only allowed 4 sacks this year and has a 73.8 PFF grade.

Yes he is a long-term option.

Yes the Chiefs should throw money at him this offseason.

This was only Orlando's first year in the scheme and he made considerable strides after a shaky start. Lock him down. He is only going to get better, and likely the Chiefs have him drop 20 pounds this offseason and he gets even better.

Thuney went from 72 to 77 after the Bengals game
