This is what I drink Pedialyte or any of the adult versions. they are not so full of glucose like Gatoraids. Don't use anti-diarrheal as it tends to dehydrate you. Fill the bowl with your water ass. You want whatever caused it out of you. Oh, and this is important, tp-butt wipes- paper and plastic grocery bags work but inspect for holes first when it comes out both barrels you want to remain seated.

I know most of us are conditioned to call it the "stomach flu", but as pointed out earlier in the thread it's not actually the flu.

I had a bout of this a couple of months ago that was so bad I couldn't sit up or stand up without barfing. I was flat on my back unless I was drinking Gatorade or destroying a bathroom. Then 24 hours later it was gone.
