Leinhart is going to be exeptional. Tough mentally, cool head, wins under pressure, very accurate. Arizona has done some good stuff. They are going to make a serious mark if not this next year, two years.

Mecca 04-29-2006 11:47 AM

Ahaha they take Cutler........the Broncos screw up.

Misplaced_Chiefs_Fan 04-29-2006 11:47 AM

Denver takes Jay Cutler - QB Vanderbilt.

Crap, crap and serious crap

ChiefsCountry 04-29-2006 11:47 AM

the Talking Can 04-29-2006 11:47 AM

Don't worry, he's Kyle Boller version 2.

KCBOSS1 04-29-2006 11:48 AM

How great of a game is this. I'd rather watch the NFL Draft than any other professional sport's championship game.

banyon 04-29-2006 11:48 AM

guess maybe "no mistake" Jake is still "fake"

beer bacon 04-29-2006 11:48 AM

I love this. I don't think Cutler is great or anything. I would much rather have them take Cutler with a freaking trade up then stay at 15 and get Lawson. Hell, they could have traded up and got one of two great DTs. Instead they have Mr. Hype himself.

Miles 04-29-2006 11:48 AM

Wonder how much Denver had to give up to make this move?

KCBOSS1 04-29-2006 11:48 AM

Cutler reminds me a lot of Elway. This is a good fit.....crap.

Or any Hogs game for that matter. :p

chief4life 04-29-2006 11:49 AM

Jay Cutler to denver dont know much about him thoughts?

Sully 04-29-2006 11:49 AM

I wonder if Cutler can throw underhand from his weakhand.
Plummers gotta teach him that.

ChiefsCountry 04-29-2006 11:49 AM

I wonder what Denver gave up in picks.

HolmeZz 04-29-2006 11:50 AM

Bunkley/Ngata/Cromartie/Hali. Gimme one.

Big, strong arm. Kept his team in games, and led the SEC in passing by quite a few yards on a sub-par team.

Why? the guy is very athletic and can make all of the throws.

they can have him.

DaKCMan AP 04-29-2006 11:51 AM

I think Cutler is a good player, better than Leinart. I am upset that he's in Denver and I hope he fails miserably. However, I am glad that they didn't get anyone who's going to help them immediately and that they had to give up extra to get him.

Bunkley and Ngata are both about to go.....possibly with the next 2 picks.

cdcox 04-29-2006 11:51 AM

I hope Cutler is hit by a truck.

He also constantly looks stoned.

Rausch 04-29-2006 11:51 AM

Bad News - looks like a run on DB's coming up.

Good News - some solid pass rushers falling. We should have a solid D lineman at 20...

Not bad. Denver gave up their first and third to move up to pick up #11.

nychief 04-29-2006 11:53 AM

how old is plummer?

Leinart is much further along right now then Cutler.

I don't think DB's start going till at the earlist 15/16.

nychief 04-29-2006 11:53 AM

I bet the Browns take Manny Lawson.

I just want us to take the BEST available player, regardless of position.

Mecca 04-29-2006 11:54 AM

No no the Browns wanted Bunkley and didn't think he'd last. This pick fits them, and I know the Ravens want Ngata.

ChiefsCountry 04-29-2006 11:54 AM

The 3 QB's selected fit each team pretty well. Good choices by each team IMO.

beer bacon 04-29-2006 11:54 AM

Clayton just referred to Ray Lewis "crying and whining." I really like Clayton right now.

VonneMarie 04-29-2006 11:54 AM

Cutler needs to practice interviewing.

So what's with Ngata and the bust label people are already trying to paste on him. Is he lazy?

Jay Cutler looks like a flaming homosexual.....

KChiefs1 04-29-2006 11:55 AM

even trade according to the draft value chart

banyon 04-29-2006 11:55 AM

donkeys gave up high 3rd to move up

Sully 04-29-2006 11:55 AM

I'd like the Browns to take Wimbley. I don't want him coming near the Chiefs pick.

The Browns almost have to take Bunkley here, he can be one of their 3-4 ends. Wimbley and Lawson aren't good value for who's still there.

Misplaced_Chiefs_Fan 04-29-2006 11:57 AM

Nice little thing for Larry Johnson in the NFL Network bumper.

Saying LJ may be the 6th NFL player to reach 2000 yards next year.
