j/k. Lots of things could happen but to me that one looked like a rod or something broke through allowing oil to shoot out and catch fire. Just a guess though.

They went back to green so quick I'm probably wrong. Oil would have been thrown on the track and it would have taken longer to clean it up.

I've heard the pistons are running closer than ever o the valves, so I suspect they punch a hole in the piston, and the cams follow..
