I think they're really bothered by Justin's age and their lack of a competent 3 tech behind him (Ray plays a shaded 1 typically).

As far as OLB, they still have Brooks and Haralson. I think they'll pick one up later in the draft but that's just ocelot talk I suppose.

I don't see them trading up to #3 for a TE that is going to be asked to block quite a bit. 49ers will definitely target a TE in the draft IMO, unless they are really high on Celek's ability as a blocker (which I honestly have no idea. Never really payed attention to his snaps).
