You are going to see the Chiefs unleash their pass rush without holding back for the first time this year. |

FTR, if I was the coaches, I wouldn't pay any attention to that boot. I think it's a definite ruse to lull us to a false sense.

We have been prepping this matchup since the beginning of playoffs. Reid and D will be on their A game.

Really looking forward to a good weekend of football next weekend. The games this weekend have been horrible.
I understand the PTSD coming on; I'm getting nervous thinking about it. While I know a lot of people were hoping for Miami, I'm pretty sure we knew the Squealers would be coming our way. Stop the run, make them one dimensional and take away their best player. This is the year for the Chiefs, totally ignored by the media. Just git er done! |
He's fine, and the defense needs to treat it that way until proven otherwise:

If the injury is, legitimately true, and if it's on his plant foot, expect some passes to sail. |
Trade them Foles for Antonio Brown straight up.

In all honesty, that's how you make Rape throw picks. Zone blitz his ass. |

Rape is the most durable qb in the league. Plays through hurt that others wouldn't. But if it's his throwing shoulder that's a problem.
|
Or maybe it's not a ruse, and he's got an ankle and a shoulder hurting.

Not buying the Ankle BS. Shoulder did looked dinged though.

Bunch of seats just got snatched up on ticketmaster.

Ben didn't really play very well in this game. Bell did though, and he scares me most. Bell opens up everything they do and he torched KC once already this season. Gotta contain Bell and hope your CBs can play on islands against their WRs.
|
I heard on the radio last week that the last 10 SB champs only had a max 2 game winning streak going into the playoffs. I didn't check on how factual this statement was, though.
If this holds true, you can mark off Pitt, GB, NE, and some others. |
Yet, right after the game was over...

Pittsburgh has been a massively different team home vs road. I'm not saying the Chiefs will win, but I'd say it's at worst close to a toss up. Alex will have to play well, and I think that's what concerns us the most :) This is his chance to win us over.

For those who watched the game...they knew this was BS as he "jogged" to the locker room with a suspected shoulder injury. |
Let's go team!

If this game was in Pittsburgh I'd say we have zero chance. We haven't won there since like 1986. Plus they are great at home.
They've had some sloppy games on the road though. Got blown out by Philly, Miami, Ben was terrible at Buffalo. I think we'll have a shot. We absolutely can't shoot ourselves in the foot over and over like Miami did. Plus we have no idea what the weather forecast will be. It looks like it could be anywhere from nothing, to rain, to snow, to devastating ice storm. I'm not even sure what happens if they're playing in the middle of an ice storm. |

Let's just hope the Chiefs hit Ben anywhere. I don't care if it's his arm, his leg, his foot, his butt, etc.
Just hit the bastard. |
Andy Reid should walk out to his first press conference carrying an ass sling and say it's for tomlin. He will use it and the flying pig formation to hand him his ass next week.

“I think [Ndamukong] Suh landed on it or whatever,” said Roethlisberger, who threw an interception on that play. “Don’t know anything yet but we’ll find out soon, hopefully …. You’re always worried about being hurt. But I’ll be out there next week.”

Look past the chiefs all you want. We will win this game.
|
Should also add that I'm not a homer. I don't sugar coat this shit, but I'm very confident in our team heading into this game.
|
He thinks Suh landed on it, but on the image, it wasn't Suh.
Plus there were 2 GIF's, one showing him running off to the sideline/tunnel after the game, and other gif showing him climbing the stairs, both showing no limp at all. More proof that it's looking like it's just flat out BS. |

Dave Tuley
ESPN Staff Writer ViewFromVegas of AFC divisional playoffs (updated 6:30 p.m. ET): Kansas City now 2-point home favorite over Pittsburgh after opening as 2.5-point underdog at the Westgate. The most common line both in Vegas and offshore is KC -1. New England is mostly a 16-point home fave over Houston, though Boyd Gaming and Station Casinos have gone to -16.5. |
As Bill Simmons pointed out this week, every single year there's a team that dominates in week 1 and everyone talks them up as a darkhorse SB winner. Then they go on the road in week 2 and lay an egg. Let's just hope that's the Steelers this year, and not the Seahawks.
|
Steel Men are coming, and presumably so are their fans.
If you were waiting to buy a low row upper level seat, you missed your shot. Only thing left are high in the upper corners. A LOT of tickets sold in the last 2 hours. |

So the NFL rig is in, and they made him put on the boot to push more money to the Chiefs? I could see that. I bet some story gets manufactured this week about Antonio Brown being injured in a car wreck, too. |
