I feel the same way, but in reality, it should not be against the law. Against school/company policies? Yes. But if they are above the age of consent, there is no law being broken. I think there should be some sort of censuring and they be barred from working as a teacher again, but not jailed.

What if someone who worked at a normal company had sex with an 18 year old intern? Would they be fired? Probably. Would they be thrown in jail?
