Dude fu** him playing around with us like we are little kids. McClain wants to a Chief cool if not F**k. Everyone are acting like little girls.

Leron isn't the only one that performs much better outside of the DC region.

This is the Pioli way. I am sure the players would like to put out there that certain teams are interested to help drive up the price from other interested clubs.

He is going to phily to compliment McCoy. They let Fb weaver go so they need a fb. He would get ore carries there too. That would be sick O

Yeah, sounds great on paper, but Reid is a guy that has never utilized his RBs properly.

DC and alcohol sure as hell don't perform well together either. DC can have Frankie, I am out of there till I sober up...which hopefully won't be till next off season.

True. I can still see him going there. Everyone wants to go to Phily now.

Exactly what I thought.. I don't think any RB covets a spot in Reid's pass-happy offense.

According to Bills WR David Nelson's Twitter account, free agent ILB Nick Barnett was in Buffalo visiting the Bills on Saturday.
Previous reports indicated Barnett had a Saturday visit lined up, but the team was unidentified at the time. Nelson spilled the beans. Barnett isn't known to have agreed to a contract with the Bills, and if he wants to play for a contender he'll be in Detroit tonight before a Sunday physical with the Lions.

Hey, Dirtylew, I'm hearing there is interest in Ronnie Brown in St. Lous. Stay tuned.

Post-Dispatch is also reporting that.

Billy D. is owning this free agency.

I know McClain wants more carries, don't blame him, who wouldn't when they can run like he can, but there are still a few RB's out there. He should be used as a FB who gets around 5-10 carries a game. I think he would also do great in short yardage which was where the Chiefs had some troubles last year. This article by profootballtalk.nbcsports.com pretty much sums it up.

Coupled with the trend away from workhorse running backs and toward two or three interchangeable options, big-name veterans with plenty of wear and tear and increased financial expectations fueled by fantasy football fame are learning the hard way that the big money isn’t there.

With the exception of Panthers, who gave 28-year-old running back DeAngelo Williams a $21 million guaranteed despite missing 10 games due to injury in 2010, the big money isn’t there. Marion Barber and Willis McGahee each will get deals in the range of $2.5 million per year; Barber’s last deal average well over $6 million per year, at seven years and $45 million.

It’s bad news for guys like Ahmad Bradshaw, Ronnie Brown, Jason Snelling, and Ricky Williams, veterans whose names barely have been mentioned at a time when teams can instead load up with younger, cheaper options who can do almost as much for a lot less money.

Then there’s Tiki Barber, who supposedly knew exactly where he was going but still remains lost in limbo five days into this crazy, compressed 2011 buying cycle.

The question for the remaining veterans is whether they’ll take what they can get before all they can get is a one-year deal for the minimum salary.

UPDATE: And we forgot about Clinton Portis. Apparently, so has the rest of the league.
