All the reported chaos and low morale within the Chiefs organization, as reported in the Arrowhead Anxiety article earlier this January... Clark is the CEO of the organization... FAIL.
The Chiefs record since the 2007 season (the first full season after Lamar Hunt's death): 29-68, 0-1 in the playoffs... FAIL.
Defend Clark's record.
Seriously defend his record.
I dare you.
Go for it.

So he didn't fire Carl the moment old man Hunt ceased to breath, big deal. He still did it when many thought CP just might be here for life. I actually give him credit for the move instead of nit picking over waiting 1 year after taking full responsibility before pulling the trigger.
To date there is only one thing I can really knock Clark on and even then I cannot knock him too hard. The Hunt family has more than just an NFL franchise to run. And any good leader brings in quality people underneath them to help run things. Clark made what the majority of the league and fans thought was an excellent hire when he brought Pioli in. He gave him the keys to the place and told him to run it. All of these other issues you listed happened under Pioli's watch. Clark's attention is understandably divided amongst all of the family business. So things fall between the cracks when it turns out you hired a bad manager.
Clark not being more involved is my only issue. Then again I do not want him too involved. I don't want a Jerry Jones type who thinks he knows more than he really does. So I don't get too caught up in that.
Now if he retains Pioli, which I do not believe he will, then my opinion changes drastically.
