why does alex's helmets keep getting bigger? is he wearing a new helmet design. is he THAT worried about head injuries? or is it simply his wife forced him to wear the kiddie protective gear you see with some children on the playground?

its like that lopsided don beebe helmet you used to see.

maybe alex's helmet weight distribution keeps him from being able to push the ball downfield? :D

Then you could pull the same logic of Smith pulling together a critical-to-the-win drive here and there too.

SD week 1...
key scores vs NO in the second half to hold a lead...
key drive late in the 4th to tie up (and win eventually) against CAR...
FG winning drive vs DEN in OT week 12...
playing keep-away from ATL in the final minutes, so they could hold possession and win...

some other games mixed in, where KC won more easily, so no need to point fingers...

See how this works? All aspects... as a team... have their part in wins... and losses... as a team. In case you missed it... football teams... play as.. a team.

It truly would have taken a miracle for KC to win a SB in the 2013-2015 years. No matter who the QB was, sans maaaaybe Brady or Rodgers.

Giving Smith credit against Carolina seems a bit of a reach. Hill's punt return put us in Panther territory. And Smith overthrew Kelce for the lead... Having to settle for the FG for the tie.

And Atlanta. Wow.

Just when you think you couldn't get more pissed off. Brian Baldinger highlighted another play not mentioned here. Alex had perfect protection and missed two wide open TD's on the same play bc he was scared.

We should have beaten that Steelers team.

Here comes the usual crowd with "They weren't open" "The safety was closing"

Posted this in the Mahomes thread. How embarrassing and maddening this still is.

Team was so much better than Pitt and that clown ruined it

You watch those two plays and then you watch Patrick Mahomes and realize that those are the kind of plays Mahomes made a career out of.

It's as if Dorsey/Reid watched this tape and said, "we need to draft a guy who makes those plays". Unreal.

What's most frustrating/infuriating about watching them is that this inadequacy was known and apparent before the Chiefs wasted two second round picks and five years on this turd.

He's a coward. A pussy. A chickenshit. A limp dick... when it comes to throwing the ball. It is expressed most obviously in his unwillingness to throw the ball deep, but it shows up in the choices he makes on short and intermediate routes, too.

Cassel comes in many, shitty flavors.
Trade your two's for a turd sammich' today!

Two years to get Patrick ready. He's a turnover machine if you put him in any earlier. Smith wins games. Patrick hasn't learned how to win yet, let's not forget that.

Yeah I have to agree. You really ARE the stupidest choad-jammer this website has ever had the misfortune to know.
Welp, good thing you and your underachieving monkey-fart of a QB will be history after this season.
