Actually at the very end when he has it in slowmo...Yes, I do see something in the mans arms as he's crouching down.

Slowmo it yourself, pause-unpause repeatedly at the very end of the clip. And he comes into the frame facing towards the crowd as well when everybody else is trying to run opposite. This is the best evidence I've seen of the 2nd shooter claims.

The cops also found explosives at his house. He had over 50 guns and explosives. You can’t pull this off by yourself. This sounds like a ISIS attack. He or his helper had to of had some type of connection. Lombardo also didn’t rule out if he was converted or not.

Also even more strangely is that before a week of Vegas he rented a room at a Life is beautiful concert which featured Chnace the Rapper. Was that his first option? So many questions
