Hey in all seriousness you guys had a great year. You had a real shot at the first and possibly last final four you will ever get a shot at. It didn't work out but you can still be proud of one of your best years ever. :thumb:

To be fair, any time a 1,2,3, and maybe even a 4 seed lose their first round game it's going to be labeled a choke.

Just comes with the territory when you're a double digit favorite and that highly seeded. It shouldn't matter how good the other team is shooting. It shouldn't matter if they're playing "the game of their lives". Your team is the clear-cut favorite by a long stretch and anything short of a W is a "choke".

Yeah, I don't think they did. Not to imply they were overrated, but they were who we thought they were.... a very good team on offense that doesn't play very good defense. It's not like Norfolk State grinding out a win or Missouri had a bad shooting night... it's just that no one in their right mind thought Norfolk State could basically beat Missouri at their own game.

I guess if you cant win a BIG XII....an SEC title is much easier to attain ?

That's all true it is a horrible choke, but you have to give it up to MU for a great season. They beat KU this year were picked for the Final Four by everyone People were talking MU KU final. Now its up to KU to carry on and let MU know what could have been. I know all my MU friends on here are pulling for ole KU to win it all again!
