ahhhh shit, well I could have just heard later about the draft and enjoyed my afternoon.

chiefs1111 04-27-2013 03:34 PM

Did Scott Pioli sneak into the war room or something?

That's completely wrong. Wanting it all now is going for Alex Smith because you can't handle waiting for a QB to develop. Being willing to go get a QB in the draft(whether smart or not) is not an indication of wanting it all now. It's just a view of having a guy to push Alex. That's not wanting it all now.

I'll ask the same question again that no one wants to answer....who in this draft, whether this year or next...or the next....will develop into the guy who leads us to the Playoffs and/or Super Bowl?

People won't answer that question, because they can't. Chief Fan just wants the Chiefs to draft a QB (that they've heard of); it doesn't really matter if he's worth a damn or not. As long as he hasn't yet played, he has potential which is all that really matters.

Ok confused with this draft but Dorsey makes up for it with this pick

Catapano my guy :)

Picked him in our alt mOck draft love this guy watch tape on him high motor

Only reason he is available is he went to Princeton

Steal at this point

So no qb from this draft will turn out to be anything?

Odds are someone will. I don't know which bit it's not my job too. If they don't feel like there will be one, fine don't take one.

But if you're wrong, prepare to get chastised

Lightrise 04-27-2013 03:56 PM

If it wasn't for a bag of chips, a bag of fritos, and microwave baked potatos I would have wasted 3 days of my life.

Agreed. Why the rush to chastise them now?

And had they tried over the last 3 years they could have Kaepernick or Wilson on their roster.

But they took the brilliant approach that you're espousing of doing ****ing nothing and this is where it has us.

Again, you're right - if there's no Andrew Luck on the board, why even bother?

Idiots.

I agree....the problem is that until they get onto the field everyone has potential.

This was a bad year for QB's...will someone sneak up and be a QBOTF? Maybe, but I feel less sure about this years QB doing that.

No one can answer that question with absolute certainty, but Geno Smith, Matt Barkley and Zac Dysert are all guys that I would have taken a chance on developing.

chiefscafan 04-27-2013 04:00 PM

Ok I'll answer your question

This team

One guy isn't going to lead us. Yes it would be great to have the franchise qb but it doesn't look like its happening. It's gonna have to be a team effort.

Besides qb which I really don't think is that bad where is the weakness on this team now we are better. Face it Reid isn't here to win in two or three years he wants to win now this team is built to compete this year.

We need to see results before we destroy them.

Titty Meat 04-27-2013 04:01 PM

Dorseys record will look a lot like Pioli's

Which player this year is Kaepernick or Wilson? Who did you want in round 2 or 3?
