I'm officially through the first 48-hrs of quitting and this sucks. I've been smoking since I was 15 and I'm 30 now. There was about a year and a half in there where I was smoke-free. I had a traumatic experience and lit up immediately afterwards and have been smoking since then (about 6 years of my total time).

Do any of you guys who quit smoking have dreams where you smoke and you wake up in a panic OR have dreams where you smoke and later in the day or the next day feel like you cheated?

Buck 04-13-2011 03:35 PM

Anyways last cigarette I had was on March 4th, when I got drunk and had 1, and I hadn't had one for a week before that.

Longest I've ever gone without smoking a single cigarette since I was 17.

I've been using the e-cigs for 2 years after 17 years smoking. Works for me.

Gracie Dean 04-13-2011 06:21 PM

tomorrow will be 2 months no smokes, cold turkey

Gracie Dean 04-13-2011 06:21 PM

Frazod 04-13-2011 06:22 PM

I tried one before I quit as I was going to switch to those. It seemed like I was cheated and I did not like the feel of the "butt" as I was taking a drag

You can get pretty much any flavor you like.

I usually use the French Vanilla Coffee, but sometimes use cappacino, french toast, blueberry, and menthol. depends on my mood.

I'll admit, it's nice to have and use the ecig, but there does feel like something missing compared to a regular cig. It curbs my craving for a cig though.
