I wish more gyms had them. you can sprint with it for fat loss/endurance, or load it up with tons of weight for leg strength/hypertrophy. Best part is thats its eccentric-less so it doesn't destroy your recovery abilities, reduces spinal load and is relatively technique free.

All I know is they kick my ass and wear me out. I'm working on endurance right now, which I believe is the reasoning behind the high reps for everything else right now, too.

It satisfies my sweet tooth and any cravings for ice cream. It's by far my favorite. I also really like the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the Chocolate Coconut (tastes like German chocolate cake).

You're a victim of marketing and you're getting ripped off.

That shit is $50 for 2 pounds. I can get five pounds of ON Whey for the same price.

I know a lot of guys like it, but I hate the taste of ON protein. Complete Nutrition sells some decent tasting stuff for about the same price.

Keep wasting money. LMAO

I just ate about two cups of stir-fry on a nice little Wedgwood china oval - I'll rock out with my cock out to some ON a little later - Chocolate Malt, glad you asked.

Unlike most of you heathens I actually DON'T carry around an IV of protein powder shake all day, around town. So I've been using zero percent Milk as my medium versus H20.

I just soft-boiled 5 eggs. Perfect low calorie, high protein breakfast.

You don't know shit. It was ****ing awesome. Big Daddy taught me that combo a long time ago (except he did poached on a bed of raw arugula). Poached eggs go amazingly with greens as evidenced by this amazing assortment of google images:
