It took years and years for Lamar of development to become the passer he is today and Daniels is still clearly better than him at it in his rookie season

This game is why winning a bunch of close ones isn't the worst thing.

The Lions blew a lot of teams out or just ran it up till they won. They had no idea how to respond when a team punches them in the mouth.
