I'm sure someone already posted it here, but the guys at Arrowhead Pride tweeted earlier that the Chiefs have no interest in McClain. Obviously that flies in the face of what the Ravens Insider guy and others have said, but AP has never pretended to be in the news-breaking business. So I can't see them posting something like that unless they had it on pretty good authority.

Who knows, maybe McClain got the Ravens guy to drum up interest in him. I mean, it's been almost a week since that guy first mentioned the Chiefs wanting McClain. If they were half as interested as he made it seem, wouldn't he be here by now? Especially as McClain keeps retweeting KC stuff.

I have to say I've never seen this board so worked up over a backup running back before.

I think it's because we are all day dreaming about the just how versatile his presence could make this offense. He could literally do anything out of the backfield.

I think people see him taking the Thomas Jones role, only more productive. I think he'd be a really good blocker for Charles.
