At this point, I'm thinking I'd rather have the 2013 Russell that's lost 40 lbs working with Jeff Garcia and see if he's past that dumbass stage that his younger twin will undoubtedly go through as well.

Also, Bray does look kinda fat in the KCstar article. Either that or he has odd womanly hips.

There's a big difference in giving a guy like that a UDFA chance and taking him number 1 and giving him 30 mill.

Not much.....but Bray wasn't even drafted. The expectations and risk are both extremely low. The chances of this kid doing anything in the NFL are pretty low.

This.

He went undeveloped at the QB position for 3 reasons IMO from PeeWee to college IMO. 1. Coaches knew they could get by on his physical talent alone, falling in love with the big arm and never really having to develop him. 2. Maybe he never had the real good coaching along the way. 3. If he did have the good coaching maybe they tried but got tired of the Ryan Leaf immaturity and gave up and knew they could get by on just his arm alone. And I'm sure it's a combination of all 3 at different levels along the way.
