In a loose sense, that's what it is. The better your team performs, the more media exposure (games on TV) you get, the more $$ you get.

I saw someone on tigerboard say that Alden (or one of them) mentioned the possibility of a Mizzou Network. Can anyone verify?

it's not. Penalties will be split equally amongst the 10 teams.

I didn't think that was possible even among desperate teams.
Have the details of the deal been made public? Reveune split specifics and whether the "lesser" schools actually paid UT et al a fee?
