I made chicken tetrazzini;

cooked a large pack of chicken quarters 4 hours at 220
cooked large pot of spaghetti noodles, cooked to direction
drained spaghetti and dumped in the chicken stock
2 cups of the shredded chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
small container of sour cream
bag of colby jack cheese
seasoned with season salt, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper
baked 300 for 30 min.

Wife said it was great, I should make it again.

Grilled up some incredible hot wings for an appy tonight. Frank's Red Hot sauce (extra hot) is ****ing amazing.

I made Enchiladas last night, couldn't get the pic to post. Tonight was pizza.

Had my first DiGorino (spell check) last week and it was pretty damn good. Of course, adding additional veggies is what makes it better.

Nice well done sloppy joe with oven baked tater tots served on an always save hamburger bun. Served with an ice cold glass of water, lightly sprinkled with ice cubes.

5 star restaurant material here.

I really don't care for DiGorino. I did add a little too much marjoram to the sauce though.

I can honestly say these were incredible. I'm a little tough on myself when it comes to cooking, obviously wings aren't hard to mess up, but these could have competed with some wing chains out there.

I like sloppy joes, make it with tomato paste and add a touch of sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the seasoning packet.

Yup, we add mustard and brown sugar to our sloppy joes. Definitely makes them better.
