Looks like he has an ice pack or something on his low back stuffed in his uniform that is making it look exaggerated.

Yeah, I was thinking about that. On the one hand, normally I'd say 21 year old prospect over 28 every time, but when you consider the big issue is maturity in this case, I don't know. Russell's already seen that the NFL will spit you out, whereas Bray has yet to realize this is not the SEC.

Mecca 04-28-2013 07:49 PM

Well we'll see if Reid can get through to him, I wouldn't even have an issue bringing Russell to camp either.

Is this still only based on the ESPN boston story? I notice that Teicher's article also says "according to a source with knowledge of the situation".

It's his rib protector hanging from his shoulder pads.

Yeah, considering we've already got the reliability of Super Matt Cassel behind center right now, I think you've walked me off the Russell possibility. At least we'll have one unknown to develop this way.

Do you even go here?

In58men 04-28-2013 08:10 PM

I'll be buying a Bray jersey once his # is released.

Mr_Tomahawk 04-28-2013 08:11 PM

Has there been any word out of Bray's camp about this signing?

Nah it doesn't. I know the surface when it comes to the Chiefs. Can't really be called a fan if I don't know starters and second string names.

Alex Tanney's jersey might have more value then Bray's.
