I've been watching McIlory, Rose & Rahm all day. They'll hit a tee shot and switch to the camera up the fairway/green and the person on the camera has no idea where the ball is. It's terrible, but it's expected from Peacock.

Justin Thomas just absolutely butchered 18. This was his 5th on a par 5.

Those type of bunkers are so stupid

**** that, they're awesome. Normal bunkers aren't punitive, these actually make mistakes matter.

Anything that brings unnecessary luck into play, I am vehemently against. Such as these bunkers. You are better off chunking it into one so you have room to maneuver instead of barely getting in it and getting stuck against the dumb elevation.

Also all these courses with long native grass that you get varying lies based on LUCK. Just stop it. Just make everything a hazard. If you go in, it's a stroke for everyone.

Luck is a factor in any sport, including golf. Gust of wind, hit a sprinkler head or cart path, a lucky bounce off a tree or spectator, etc. Hitting into a bunker isn't bad luck, it's a mistake, and mistakes should have consequences - especially in a major. A standard bunker is meaningless to a golf pro, might as well just remove them.

Simple. You don't want to play out of the bunkers, don't hit into the bunkers.

Great putter. Great at not making bogeys. Super accurate off the tee. But he only hits it 289 yards. I wonder if you just gave him 40 yards more off the tee if he would win like 12 majors?

Incredible round he had today. The wind was still whipping 15-20 mph most of his round this morning.

Why do guys like Justin Thomas even come back Friday after shooting an 82? You aren't going to make the cut. Why go play for free? WD, fly home, get some other shit done. Life is too short to play shitty golf man.

Ouch. Went from leading with a 66 (-5) to potentially missing the cut with a 79 (+3).

I am a big fan of people that golf this way. It's exciting. Never know what you gonna get.

As an amateur he went from the highest of highs, to missing the cut in less than 24 hours. :)
