I am 160 lbs. Bench 250 without a spotter, dead and squat over 300 with two bulging discs in my lower back, leg press 750, Strict press 165 with two separated AC joints and tears in both RC's . My body is breaking apart from all the years of abuse. Lucky I am still walking. |
Here's my first day review.
Woke up at 8 AM and walked 2 miles. Est. 150 calories burned. Ran 5.38 kil this afternoon, so roughly 3.3 miles. Approx 367 calories burned. Will be going to the gym to do cardio workouts tonight. 15 lb dumbells-10 reps 3x (back on bench. Bench press the weights) Another 10 reps of basic pull ups 3x Various ab machine workout. Est. 200 calories burned Added on miscelaneous calories (aka sleeping, walking around, existing, etc) and it's about2,000 calories. I think I will burn around 2,700 calories today. Correct me if I'm wrong here |
Eating review day 1.
2 dill kosher pickles-0 calories applesauce-90 calories (1 serving) 6 marachino cherries-60 calories glass of diet mountain dew-0 calories Dinner salad containing 1/8 cup of cheese-55 calories 2 tbsps lite catalina dressing-50 calories chicken breast-141 calories after dinner snack green tea-0 calories applesauces (again)-90 calories 6 glasses of water consumed today. Total calories consumed-481 |
So 2200 calories burned when you factor in what you ate.

And if I'm losing water weight, is it harder for me to lose said water weight by consuming so much water? |

If you know you wanted to lose weight, why didn't you start to exercise and diet sooner than 16 days before? |
