He was also extremely effective against the blitz. Iirc he had the highest rating when blitzed.

How much better would Rivers be perceived as if the team had re-signed

Vincent Jackson
Michael Turner
Darren Sproles
Antonio Cromartie
Eddie Royal

I know I'm missing a slew of other guys, but that's enough to make the point.

He is pretty good at that. However, it bothers me that he does it so frequently. He's going to get messed up really bad one of these times.

I think that is because he is so used to dumping it off short and quick anyway.

He needs to be more intelligent about it, for sure. Angle your way out of bounds or slide; there's no reason to take a hit unless you're a couple yards away from the 1st down marker. I also wish he'd look downfield when scrambling behind the line.

He's got the tools. It's just a mental thing for him.

So I will just say, my point was :

very few QBs that I can think of over history have excelled while playing behind bottom level OLs while throwing to bottom level WRs.

in case I was mistaken on this, I asked people here.

Smith is not a remarkable QB, except to say that he is mentally tough. He won't go down in history as an all that memorable player..

but knowing (?) that there are very few QBs that can excel while playing behind bottom level OLs while throwing to bottom level WRs...

why were people that don't think much of him in the first place.. expecting him to have excelled with such deficiencies at OL and WR?

I'm done with it. Not in a pussified "I'm leaving forever" cry as OTWP and Pawnmower has done, lol... I know, shucks.

he never stands in there while a defender is bearing down on him and make that strike to the wr, or even attempt it. he wont throw the ball into tight spaces. he doesnt attempt passes over 10 yards very often, even with us seeing guys open down field. there are theads with pics if you want to look back through them.

other qbs do these things quite often and even the shitty one are included in that.

There is no "battle" over "ASSSSS11"(bundle of sticksotty nickname if ever there was);

Established, mediocre bag of suck is scurrrred suck.

There is your reality.

Embrace it.

I never understood "AS11"

Why does just Alex get his initials plus his number? I've never seen us go "JC25" or "JH50" or "TC10." We were minding our own business, and then the Alex trade happened, and then it was the Niner ****tards that waltzed in here and started dickpounding Alex's case. All of a sudden it was "AS11" this and "AS11" that.

Is that a reference to something? Is it a shitty attempt at AK47 even though only one of the characters is the same?
