I wish more coaches would go for it around the 40 yard line on 4th down...

the touchbacks crack me up...

20 yards of field position? That's nothing in today's NFL. That's one Brady to Welker.

I'm not saying it's always the right call, and I'm not saying the Texans should have went for it there...but the fact you knew they wouldn't is my point.

Watt will now be summarily burned!

Setsuna 01-13-2013 04:43 PM

Watt is nasty. Just beast.

MahiMike 01-13-2013 04:43 PM

Texans need to gamble more like the Ravens did yesterday. They can't continue to play their same old offense.

Munson 01-13-2013 04:43 PM

Must be nice to have a defensive lineman that can make plays.

GloryDayz 01-13-2013 04:44 PM

this is what happens when you play timid

the Texans have nothing to lose, no one gave them a chance

play like that

go for it on 4th and 6 in opponents territory

do something

I have a feeling this is going to be a blow out now. The Texans have no life.

NOW will the texans finally start looking for some big plays to Johnson?

Kubiak ****ing sucks.

DJ's left nut 01-13-2013 04:48 PM

Bill Belichick is so freakin' good.

Gronkowski goes down and he just moves onto his next mismatch and destroys Texas with Shane Friggen Vereen out of the backfield.

Yeah, Brady makes the execution possible, but Belichick is the best in the game and probably the best I've ever seen. His bag of tricks is virtually bottomless.

Kickoff are Houston's best play. To bad they have to get scored on to use them

OnTheWarpath15 01-13-2013 04:51 PM

I am not saying it's impossible, but check the stats when it comes to how a team does after overtime games the week before.

Pats will be favored, as well they should be. :(

Yes.

Hootie 01-13-2013 04:53 PM

before Foster...I'm not sure if Kubiak was still calling plays or if they handed it off to Shanahan at that point but this used to be a potent passing offense. They have all of the same weapons they used to have, too. I just don't get why they suddenly can't pass the ball anymore? Has Schaub regressed? Is the coordinator shitty? Is Kyle Shanahan just really good?

Stats are made to be broken, right? I'm just hoping and praying that the Ravens pull off another shocker, because I don't see Atlanta or even SF beating the Pats in the Super Bowl.

They broke the stats last night. My God!

If Flacco plays like last night, they have a shot.

One thing that does give me confidence in the Ravens' chances is that Flacco did play like last night in Foxboro last year. If Cundiff had any balls, the Ravens would have won that game.

Hopefully the Texans can nut up now and take back control of this game. I don't trust Kubiak and Schaub to do it though, sadly.
