I like TLR going to Shu in CF. I don't have a boatload of confidence in his ability to hit LH pitching but at least he ususally gets good at bats. Hasn't he worked 10-12 pitches out of pitchers this post season several times?

Jay just looks lost. 2-30 is awful but its just not the BA but the little dribbles of hits. He's not only not hit the ball hard, he's not even hitting it to an infielder.

Especially if it will call the high or inside strike that umps almost always call a ball. I think the problem is in getting it from an angle that will be accurate.

Schu against lefties is just not a good idea, but he can't be any worse than Jay. Given this, I almost think that we should start Craig in center and have Theriot DH.
