Another RB is off the market: Rams reached agreement with former Falcons running back Jerious Norwood on a one-year deal.

MCCLAIN better hurry up

#Seahawks creating a nice foundation for Luck or Barkley next year. Zach Miller & Sid Rice both only 25 years old. http://bit.ly/nZlDiV

:LOL::LOL::LOL:

Awesome, As long as they aren't in the AFC West and we just played them last year so it will be awhile again before we meet.

Little scat back, Rams need more beef than that to give Jackson a breather.

If Zach Miller received a long-term deal _ we're still checking _ the hawks could offer TE John Carlson and a draft choice for Osi.

Interesting he went to a team that runs a 43.

maybe he cant handle the 34 anymore, little too much mileage like most think. Pretty sure he's playing next to big Shaun Rogers

He wants to put up some awesome numbers...

Alternatively, you can go be a Redskins fan.

By the time we fix the holes through the draft, new holes will emerge and the cycle will continue.
I know, I know. And teams that dive into FA don't go far in the playoffs.
But the last time the Chiefs won a playoff game was when they did go big in free agency with Joe Montana and Marcus Allen. Both worked out prettty good.

Here's the Zach Miller contract with the Seahawks: 5 years, $34 million, including $17 million guaranteed.

J. Norwood < Jason Snelling

And it makes sense. If you're adding true core talent to your team through free agency, then you're overpaying.

It's kinda amazing.

We've definitely upgraded one position, slightly upgraded another and signed a depth player - and yet we've improved ourselves more than any team in the division - by doing next to nothing.

Everyone else is going backwards while we (mostly) stand pat.

I'm sure this was all part of Pioli's master plan. Just need Denver to trade Orton now.
