I'm really starting to get a bad feeling about this game.

From Bill Simmons' Levels of Losing:

Level III: The Guillotine
Definition: This one combines the devastation of the Broken Axle game with sweeping bitterness and hostility ... your team's hanging tough (hell, they might even be winning), but you can feel the inevitable breakdown coming, and you keep waiting for the guillotine to drop, and you just know it's coming -- you know it -- and when it finally comes, you're angry that it happened and you're angry at yourself for contributing to the debilitating karma ... these are the games when people end up whipping their remote controls against a wall or breaking their hands while pounding a coffee table ... too many of these and you'll end up in prison.

Well we do have Carpenter. Maybe he can deliver this for us.

1-9 with RISP isn't going to win many ball games, especially aganst this team. Carp is going to have to carry this team.

After tonight and last nights game, my dogs are well hidden under. One is under the table and the other is curled up in her bed behind the recliner. I'm letting it all fly tonight.

94. That was a good time to use it.

I haven't either. It's the craziest shit i've ever seen.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-24-2011 08:14 PM

Here it comes. Carp has nothing but fumes of fumes left.

Carpenter had to be damn near perfect. You can't ask a guy to do that against this lineup.

kcpasco 10-24-2011 08:16 PM

I might not even watch
