I'm the only one who referred to Vrabel getting shitcanned.

Why? He's in the last year of his contract, due a roster bonus, he's broke dick, and he has declining production. Again, win now teams don't trade valuable pieces. If Vrabel was that valuable to them, they wouldn't unload him for a second day pick.

There is such a thing as a bad deal for both teams.

The Vrabel pickup isnt a bad one from the playing field stand point. Its something that most expected or a player similar to him. Now what we gave up for him is what people are bitching about. I personally would have rathered signed someone similar than give up a pick. Basically so we could have some youth and a vet at the same time.
