That was cool. One of the most annoying inconsistencies with Star Trek is how impulse power is just whatever the script calls for at the moment. They went to full impulse power while diving on the whaling ship in IV. They would have smashed into the surface of the ocean, obliterated themselves, the ship and the whales and caused a tsunami in the process.
This video felt like what one quarter impulse out of space dock should be. Not like you're being towed by a space rowboat while rousing music plays. |
