The fact is, the majority of coverages Geno will see are going to be similar to the ones seen in college (Cover 1, C3, C2, Tampa 2 (rarer in college), Quarters, Cover 0 blitzes (pro styles blitzes).
The coverages that I can currently think of that he hasn't seen a lot of and won't even at the Senior Bowl is C3 fire-zone concepts (rushing 5 and dropping 6, exceptionally creative at the pro level) especially out of base fronts, c0 blitzes, C6, and most importantly, the speed of the pro game.
For example to the last point, in college against C2, you typically have quite a large gap on 9s(fly/go routes) on the edge due to the corner dropping and the safety either being slow or slow to react (the larger hashes make a difference as well). WHile that window is typically there in college, it is much smaller (safety quicker to close and corner usually being able to get a good jam and force an inside release as well as being able to stick with to a deeper depth due to diffent philosophies taught at the pro game vs. college).
To me, the speed of the game is a much more difficult aspect Geno or any competent drafted QB will have to learn than different coverages.
