He's not that bad. He's a middle-of-the-road guy, IMO that can certainly be replaced.

I guess I just don't care enough about our backup QB or what he's paid. Doesn't really bother me either way.

I think Alex Smith is 13th on my QB's list as of right now.

I have Cardinals fans syndrome when it comes to kickers. They always let me down. I always expect them to miss. I hate kickers.

That being said...Succop can still go **** himself.

Most backups don't have a bunch of games to judge from unless they were former starters. So I use that game, his preseason performances in his career and the fact that guys like Payton and Reid vouched for him.

I really don't care who the backup is, but when you have some young guys that need to be locked up long term, and you're pissing money away on guys like Daniel, Fasano, and the kickers - it would be nice to free up that money.

He got outplayed by Bray in the preseason last year if you want to talk apples to apples...

Tyler Bray should pray he ever winds up a Jim Sorgi or Chase Daniel in his career.

Chances are though, he won't ever be those guys. If he gets cut this year, there's a chance that no team will pick him up and his career might be over.

I like Colquitt. I remember before Colquitt we had the worst ****ing punters in the history of punting. I didn't really like that.

Of course, I think it's hilarious we spent a 3rd round pick on a punter but, you know, Chiefs.

I'd pay 3 million / year for a Ryan Fitzpatrick type of backup. Someone with real experience.

Daniel has neither that nor does he have potential. Lots of teams have backups like that, but they ain't paying theirs what we pay ours.

His spot makes no sense. And if it weren't for the San Diego game last year he may as well be Tyler Palko for all we know.
