You have to be hot AND good though, and also have to handle the pressure of the playoffs.... and I only say that because you hear these hyped up teams every year who have won 10 straight coming into the playoffs because they've played 10 non-playoff shit teams in a row.

Sometimes that's deceiving, of course... few really knew how good the Eagles were last season until they were up 10 at halftime of the Super Bowl. But then for that one example, there are several flavors of the week that wilt and die come playoff time. Hell, even the Chiefs had their struggles in '18 and '19 in the first half of games.

Broncos at Lions could be flexed into Monday Night Football because the 3:25 games on week 15 Sunday are Bills at Cowboys and Eagles at Seahawks and those seem like they will kept as national 3:25 games. Perhaps being an indoor venue would also be a positive factor.

Lions might not mind the move and traffic in and out of Foxboro has always been a problem for fans closer to Boston so Krafts might not mind especially if worried about speculation on Belichick's future being the major topic being discussed on all the football shows all damn day that Monday and Tuesday.

Did not think Eagles at Seahawks would be the flexed-in game. But damn, I am smart.

I’ll keep saying 13-4 gets the 1 seed for the Chiefs, but there is no margin for error now.

A loss next week and the writing is on the wall.

If the nfl can steer a game where we lose to an inept team like the packers and no one cares, it really doesn’t matter how well or bad we play the rest of the season. They will have the result they want regardless of how the games would play out.

Hard to see them winning out when they're 2-3 in their last five games. They usually trend up in November/December but not this season.

The 1 and 2 seeds are realistically gonzo.
