I dont understand this lack of talent on offense.

We've got Charles and Bowe as the 2 main playmakers and then we have solid contributors like McGrath and Avery and even McCluster has been pretty solid lately.

Alex Smith needs the same shit that Cassel needed... 5 seconds in the pocket.

When the OL started allowing pressure in the 2nd half Alex forgot how to read a defense and find open receivers and stared at the rushers while taking the sack.

Shakes head.

Compared to the Broncos, Saints, Packers, healthy falcons, Seattle, Chicago, Indy.

You have dog shit for skill positions.

On a good team, Avery was a 3rd receiver.

Fasano is a back up at best. yes, McGrath is nice, but McCluster, if he is your 3rd receiver, that aint good.

agree. Kaep is a high risk high reward player. He has the ability to make big plays...and costly turnovers.

He's got three rushing Td's in the last two weeks.

We were talking about it today during the game. I don't think it has anything to do with his quality of play.

He injured his foot on the first game and it took him a couple of weeks to work through it. Looks good now though.

I dont really feel like he's that prone to making costly TO's.

He generally takes pretty good care of the ball.

He may not lose you games but he isn't going to win you games either

Kaepernick is not a championship caliber QB either.

Name one guy that's championship caliber that doesn't have a ring already.

He still likes to scramble around in the backfield with one hand on the ball, easy strip sack when defenders get to him.

Andrew Luck....Russell Wilson.

Kap is championship caliber. The entire team is.

Also getting back manningham, and crabs will help that cause.

Sure. But I don't think it's because of the QB. We just don't have the pesoneel to throw it around as much as we'd like to.

Luck maaaaaaaybe. We'll see where he is without Reggie Wayne.

I'll give you Russell Wilson just because I feel like they're playing really solid team football right now. But you know they always choke when it matters.

9er guy 10-27-2013 03:27 PM

I like Luck a lot. But I don't know if he's wall the way there yet. As big as the win against the Broncos was, he really wasn't very effective the second half of that game.

Hammock Parties 10-27-2013 03:38 PM

God damn this is some shitty offense.
