1st admendment. You don't have to like the statement or agree with it, but as long as the phelps clan can picket soldiers funerals with the shit they spew, Muslims can riot Americans expressing their freedoms that slander Muhammad (and get an appogy from the POTUS), and as long as Bradley Manning can go defended;

Then this guy can have that float in that parade. Like it or not, agree or disagree.
