Another QB that was around when Livingston was there was a dude named Jackie Lee. I'm not sure if he ever played though.

The only one to have taken the team to two Super Bowls....

Lenny Dawson

Wasn't Jaworski between Blackledge & Deberg?

Yea, he was here in like 1989. I dont think he started many games?? We also had Mike Webster the HOF center from the Steelers that year as well.

Great Chiefs QBs: Dawson and Montana.

Good Chiefs QBs: Green, DeBerg, Kreig, Gannon.

Mediocre Chiefs QBs: Livingston, Bono, Jaworksi.

Crappy Chiefs QBs: Fuller, Grbac, Kenney, Moon, Pelleur.

Total Waste of Flesh: Blackledge.

Grbac/Kenney at least deserve the mediocre ranking. Grbac was pretty good his last two years here.

Does anyone remember who our scab QB was in 87 during the strike?

True, they werent the greatest, but you have to give them props for at least throwing for 4000 yards once.

Dawson, Lee, and Livingston was our QB's that year.

Jackie Lee was the top backup in the 69-70 SB team, he came in the game after Dawson got injured. Memory serves me right, Lee went down the same game and Livingston finished. Flores was signed the next week as a backup to Livingston after the Lee injury , who had been by Buffalo.

Mike Livingston was the # 3 QB on the roster. Mike started and lead the team to 9 wins in Dawsons absence. Lee came back after the 3rd or 4th game Livingston started but never became the starter because we were winning with Mike .

Trent Green and Joe Montana.

digi2fish 11-18-2004 10:12 PM

Joe Montana is the first reason I became a Chiefs fan

ROYC75 11-18-2004 10:27 PM

1982 and 1987 both years had strikes.

ArrowheadChief 11-18-2004 10:30 PM

I think Steve Deberg was the smartest and toughest but, I'm going to say Trent Green the best
