I'm glad to see Allen on the bench. My biggest worry, despite our deficencies against the pass is that we're horrible at stopping the run.

I think Allen was just extremely pumped to be on the field again. I remember the first game against Denver last year, Allen bit on the inside fake the first two times and I don't think he did it again the rest of the game. Unlike Holliday, who bit on it EVERY SINGLE TIME. At least Allen seems to learn from his mistakes during the game.

I promise to show up at an event in the next couple years. Football season shows up right at the time when I'm busiest. I'm a year away from my masters and still plan on getting a doctorate in music. I would definitely take a year off before I go at the big guns, though, in which case I could make a trip down to KC.
