good job guys.

Would you like to rehash your statements about the importance of academics in student/athletes in light of Mr. "Graduation is Severely Overrated" Huggins?

That is, if KU quits cheating for their players to stay in school. We can't all be winners though.

not enough spin for you?

The difference, these kids won't have a problem in school, but at least KSU isn't giving them open book tests and every other possibility to make requirements...so let me ask this..

which is the lesser evil...kids that cheat through school to make grades to get in/stay in school or kids that just fail. Either way, it's a shitty way to go.

I have never seen any KU fan mention this, if they had, they are self centered. There are very few programs that don't bend the rules or not get caught at them .

kU is the most storied basketball program in history (who cares if so many other teams have more championships).

If not, it's at the top 3 or 4 schools. It's hard to argue the tradition.

and all fans of kU's rivals are jealous—that's the only reason anyone could ever say anything negative about kU.

Speak anything negative you wish, it's your opinion. But there are many programs and fans across America wishes they could have a tradition rich BB program as KU does.

It must suck to be looking up from the bottom of the standings every year only to see KU ahead of your favorite team.

:p

I expect there will be some hard slapping on the football and womens basketball scholarships. Not sure about the mens.... we will find out soon.

On a side note, how can a family just jump up and sell there house for 2 years and follow their kid to Manhattan, Ks to watch their son play for just 2 years ? Mom and Dad wanted him to play in the SEC in order to travel to the games, cut expenses, keep their home.

Sell a house, buy a house , travel for 2 years, resell current house , re-buy house again ...... Are they rich or something like that ?

pretty sure bennet will get to pay them back for the move in a couple years, so it doesn't much matter.

dr00d 04-21-2006 05:06 PM

forgot to mention as well...did anyone fail to notice that holloway is not being recruited anymore because of his lack of grades in high school? perhaps ksu isn't a win at all costs team afterall....ah forget it, KU fans are still going to rag ksu fans anyways, they will just move on to more nickel and dime BS to make them feel better, like usual.
