I think chicken fingers are also one of the staples of prison food.

Not a surprise really. The Falcons players hated him.

HALL TO PAYTON: "I'LL PLAY FOR YOU FOR THE MINIMUM"

Our moles who were in the Georgia Dome on Monday night tell us that, at one point during the game between New Orleans and Atlanta, Falcons cornerback DeAngelo Hall was overheard telling Saints coach Sean Payton, "I'll play for you for the minimum," or words to that effect.

I cant blame petrino on this move, because when he took this job, he didnt know mike vick was a dog killer

Their sides are way better than KFC's. Plus they have shrimp.

Uhh....most of the white people I know like fried chicken too. I don't understand why that stereotype even exists.

Meh, they're too chincy with their shrimp. You can get a better deal on that over at LJS.

I dunno but why are their so many chicken joints down by Rockhurst college and that area of Kansas City?

Admittedly, I've never had Popeye's. Sorry to my fellow white peoples.

I should get some, it's located right near WSU.

My favorite NFC team is Atlanta (lived there for 10 years) and the problems go deeper than Petrino. It seems like everything has just gone to hell since Dan Reeves left. I actually liked Mora at first but his inability to change when other teams caught on to his system (sound familiar?) and his big mouth about the Washington job got him booted. Deangelo Hall is a big mouth who hasn't totally backed up all of his talk. I'm a Chiefs fan first and would love to see Rich McKay jump ship and replace Carl in KC. He actually knows talent.

I'm not familiar with the area to which you're referring, but I've never noticed a disproportionate number of chicken places in the predominantly black areas of Omaha. They're pretty much everywhere. Maybe that craze is yet to catch on here.

Good - I think I really like this move, but ... I'm going to hold my breath until there is a press conference and a few days have passed.

I think the offense he has run before can be successul with AR in the SEC. I would imagine one of his first efforts will be to *try* and keep Felix Jones from going pro. I doubt that can happen, but it's worth a shot.

I hope the recruits that we're still chasing are favorable of this move... I think it could be a great hire.

Maybe its just a KC thing I dunno. But Springfield, a metro area of 300k or so and is 95% white, only has two KFC's which I thought was pretty odd bc I enjoy eating there. Kind of weird if you ask me.

That seems to be the way things go these days, no? It used to be a shocking anomaly when a coach changed his mind (Bobby Cremins?). Now it seems no one's surprised anymore when it happens.
