No, they don't.

KU will score at will in the paint this afternoon. It will be embarrassing.

A dunkfest would be awesome.

I'm a fan who didn't go to University there, but I've consistently rooted for Big 8/12 teams when they weren't playing KU, including Mizzou. It's all for the benefit of KU, though, as all I REALLY want is quality opponents to prep KU for the tourney and a higher profile for the Conference.

Basically, if it doesn't impact KU negatively [ie, a head-to-head matchup], I root for the entire Big 12.

I'm going with my gut again........ KSU will have to suffer alittle while longer.

But next year, we are in a complete rebuilding mode with so many players leaving, Texas will be the top dog next year. KU could well finish 3rd or 4th in the confrence.:(

Who is leaving?

Several .......

Naturally, the seniors, Rush, possibly Chalmbers ,Collins and Arthur, both have rumors floating around. Collins has been injured, but he wants to go tothe NBA, if he has a good tourney, he may try it this year and not hire an agent. Same is rumored with Chalmbers, as well as Arthur.Although Collins, Chalmbers and Arthur needs another year, they want that money .

It could well be a tough go next year if allof this happens.

Sure-Oz 03-30-2008 01:52 PM

Arthur supposedly was a 1 and done type guy but he hasn't done anything special this year to warrant going out early

This is a worst case scenario. I don't see this happening. I think Chalmers and Collins will be the leaders on this team next year. And that my friends, is not rebuilding.

As a UCLA fan I have no trouble admitting I would rather face Davidson.

Chalmers dad is a coach at KU. I think he stays. Arthur isn't ready but could go. If these two stay we will be tough again.

I'm in the gameroom with 2 of my Mizzou buddies and all 3 of us are on the bandwagon hoping for the upset and NO we don't see it happening but damn it's going to be sweet if it does.

You're not going to face either of them, or UNC.
