Two years ago he stunk, but last year he was a good player for the stros. At times he dominated in both the set-up and closer role. However he struggled with consistency and sometimes he would give up a big home run or a big inning. Houston decided to move on, but they had to rebuild a completely different team (something like 15 roster players are gone from last year) so the move was understandable. I would take a 2007 Brad Lidge anyday. He has really only had one bad season, so while Pujols may have been a bump in the road, he was hardly a career ender.

Kent was supposed to rest yesterday but he and Torre mis-communicated so he sat today. The rook played well today. Go Dodgers!

I can think of two in a Friday night Cards/Cubs game at Busch a few weeks ago. |
BTW, the Dodgers are COMPLETELY fuckING USELESS. For the second night in a row, they choked away a late game lead against Chicago. I assume they're getting ready to lose in extra innings now.
:cuss: EDIT: Cubs just won. 4321 the Dodgers. |

Some how that becomes, "For the second night in a row, they choked away a late game lead against Chicago. " Guess you did not get a chance to watch any of the games. |
