A lot of people thought he'd be good until we heard that he was looking at Gun for his D-Coord. There was a whole thread about it.

I'm sure being fired twice by the same team is not something Gunther was looking forward to. Besides all of Herm's assistants have to know going in that if the team isn't winning you are going to be a scapegoat.
