Sarah Palin...heard she was available, not very bright, and she has been known to not be a team player..plus she quit her last Job.....but she is good to look at in tight pants.

i'm going to call him Jamon O'Callaghan

For all that, it's actually possible that he'll become the Chiefs starting right tackle. He has started in Kaczur's absence in the past, and Pioli knows that.

In what little action I've seen of him, I'd be very surprised if the staff doesn't think he's an upgrade over Richardson.

Elmer fudd..

Exactly!

Especially with these rookie Offensive Linemen available.
You only went to the well once during the draft.
Here's your chance to take a flyer on 1-3 of those players at a fraction of the original price.

What a shocker.

A former Pat.

Whoda thunk it?

Former Patriots offensive lineman Ryan O'Callaghan has been awarded to the Kansas City Chiefs on waivers.

The Browns also put in a claim on O'Callaghan, but the Chiefs had priority based on having the worse record in 2008.

Former Patriots Vice President of Player Personnel Scott Pioli is in his first year as Chiefs general manager, so he has a background with O'Callaghan, a 2006 fifth-round draft choice in New England.
If you guessed Ryan O'Callaghan, you win!

E; ****, beaten like the right side of the O-Line

kstater 09-06-2009 04:44 PM

I guess Dane and Milkman finally got Pioli to pick up the phone.

That's an excellent move. Even if we are just limiting ourselves to guys from NE and Miami, he's one that can help in an area we need.

I've seen Ryan O'Callaghan, and he looks like the guy that they used to clone Colin Brown.

JD10367 09-06-2009 04:44 PM

Ryan O'C wasn't that bad. He was a RT backup off the bench and was better than some of the other crap the Pats put on the field (e.g. Billy "Turnstile" Yates). A decent pickup for you guys, IMO.

No surprise, really. I'd mentioned this possibility elsewhere.

Dudes huge, i hope there's some potential here.

O'Callhan any good? I saw him in pre-season played awesome.

OnTheWarpath15 09-06-2009 04:47 PM

Were we at 53 and need to drop someone?

Or were we under, anticipating some moves?
