I told him exactly this. He has nothing to feel badly about. He didn't ask to be flipped off, and he didn't ask for the "fame" that's suddenly coming along with it. And to anyone who questions why Fred isn't coming out at this point, think about the fact that he's a lifelong fan of this franchise. Why on Earth would he want to partake in such a minor matter that the media is trying to spin out of control? As if this team needs any more distractions.

ROFL Sorry, Jack Harry referred to him as "Fred" and I really want a mod to change his name to Fred Blowfish.

I'm just throwing this out there because I feel bad for Fred. He shouldn't have to feel bad about any of this, and he shouldn't have to feel like he needs to lie low at his own house.

I've been re-creating the incident using highly sophisticated 3D modeling and prediction applications. Given the relational positions of the accused fingerer and fingeree, the density of the crowd on both the field and the stands along with other variables such as wind speed and visibility I'm afraid there's no logical explication to the sequence of events that unraveled that afternoon other then the presence a 2nd fingerer working in conjunction with the first.

We're investigating the grassy knoll area. God Speed to all of us if this is as big as it seems.

Since George would just as soon let this die, this will be my one and only post on the matter.

Basically, Haley called gblowfish a liar in front of the whole city. Those of us fortunate enough to rub "cyber" elbows with George know what the score is. But the majority of the city is probably regarding the story of a random fan with skepticism, to say the least. Rather than escalating things in an attempt to clear his reputation, and apparently having a willing mouthpiece to do so in the voice of Jason Whitlock, let the record show that gblowfish is taking the high road. And to those of us who have interacted with George over the years, this decision is not the least bit surprising.

As a sign of appreciation and respect, I just made a small donation in the name of gblowfish to the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City.
