I have a bus pass, but it's a point of pride to not use it in bad weather. I'll use it if I'm running late, and used it when I had to stay off my knee, but otherwise neither rain nor snow nor sleet nor dark of night will keep me from my appointed commute. Hail might, but I haven't been in that situation yet.

Heh... I never run, but for me it is about a 30 minute walk. I have a free bus ride, since I have a UF student ID, but the buses only run every 30 minutes. But, it's just about the same for me. If it is a beautiful day, I'ld rather walk than ride the bus, and I have to flag the bus to not stop for me. If it raining, I put on my badge and walk it all. Besides, once I get there I saddle under a desk for the rest of the day, so this is often my only real exercise for the day. But an hour of walking a day keeps the doctor at bay.
